My life as a soccer ball

My life as a soccer ball

I get kicked and beat
By peoples’ feet
I get plastered with mud
I am always moving during the game
I soar through the air
I am passed from one person
To the next
Some times I even get booted into the air
Flying fast
Soaring through the goalies hands
I
            Dive
                        Into
                                    The
                                                Net

Hatred

Hatred
Hatred is a deep black
It smells like burning sulfur
It tastes like bitter disgusting vinegar
It feels like grainy black sand in your mouth
It sounds like the cries of people suffering
Hatred is like being all-alone in a dark evil place and not being able to escape.
